One thing we have to be thankful for this Holiday season is our children. I think that kids appreciate weather more completely than adults. Of course, my mom tells me my first sentence was: "Dark; might rain more." so I am probably biased. Here are some photos from our gallery that show kids enjoying the weather, even if adults aren't.

These last two are of my daughter, first around the year 2000 on her first trip to the beach - despite pouring rain, she's beaming. And then in 2006, I snapped this pic of her barefoot in the rain, right after we had gotten back from the beach. I took this picture with my old cell phone, which isn't great quality, but it kind of provided a soft effect to the photo.
